In some cases, a service record (<strong>SRV<\/strong>) is used instead. Here is a simple syntax of quickly querying for the SRV record:<!--more--><\/p>\n<pre>nslookup -q=srv _autodiscover._tcp.demo-highclouder.com 8.8.8.8<\/pre>\n<p>In this example, I &#8220;ask&#8221; Google&#8217;s Public DNS (8.8.8.8) to &#8220;show&#8221; me what it knows about Autodiscover record in \u00a0&#8220;demo-highclouder.com&#8221; domain.
